Shipping policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Rates

  • UK Orders: Free Tracked shipping.

  • European Orders: £9.99 Tracked Shipping for orders under £60. Orders over £60 qualify for free shipping.

Delivery Options

  • UK Standard Home Delivery (Tracked): Estimated delivery within 2–5 working days after dispatch.

  • Europe Standard Delivery (Tracked): Estimated delivery within 5–10 working days after dispatch. Shipments are sent via Royal Mail Tracked and may be subject to customs processing in the destination country.

Order Tracking
A Royal Mail tracking number will be provided with your dispatch confirmation email.

Missing or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within 7 working days for UK orders, or 10 working days for European orders, please contact us and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

Carriers

  • UK: We use Royal Mail for all UK shipments. Shipments are subject to Royal Mail’s terms of service, which can be found at Royal Mail Terms.

  • Europe: European orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked. Shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on the destination country.

Preorder Items

Items marked as preorders are not currently in stock and will be dispatched once they arrive at our warehouse from our supplier.

Release dates are provided by manufacturers and suppliers and may be subject to change.

Orders containing both preorder and in-stock items may be held until all items are available for dispatch. Customers wishing to receive in-stock items sooner should place separate orders.

Dispatch estimates begin once stock has arrived at our warehouse and not from the date the preorder was placed.
