What is a preorder?

A preorder allows you to reserve an upcoming product before it is officially released and available in stock.

When will my preorder be shipped?

Preorders are shipped after stock arrives at our warehouse from our supplier. Dispatch usually begins shortly after we receive stock, however delays can occasionally occur.

Can release dates change?

Yes. Release dates are determined by manufacturers and suppliers and may change without notice.

Can I cancel my preorder?

Preorders may be cancelled up until the stated preorder deadline (if applicable). After this point, cancellations and refunds may not be possible.

Will I receive preorder benefits or first press inclusions?

Unless specifically stated on the product page, preorder benefits, retailer-exclusive bonuses, first press inclusions, lucky draw entries, fansign entries or promotional items cannot be guaranteed.

Why is my preorder taking longer than expected?

Manufacturing delays, international shipping delays, customs processing and supplier delays can all affect arrival times.

Can I order multiple versions?

Yes. Where multiple versions are available, they may be listed separately, as variants or as a complete set.

Can I combine preorder and in-stock items in the same order?

Yes. Please note that orders containing both preorder and in-stock items may be held until all items are available for dispatch. We recommend placing separate orders if you require in-stock items immediately.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the United Kingdom and selected European destinations. Shipping costs are displayed during checkout.

What happens if a product is cancelled by the manufacturer?

If a manufacturer cancels a release and we are unable to supply the item, a full refund will be issued.

Will product images always match the final item?

Manufacturers may occasionally update product designs, packaging or contents before release. Product images are provided for reference and final products may vary slightly.
