Payment
Payment is collected at the time your preorder is placed. This secures your item and allows us to reserve stock with our suppliers.
Release Dates
All release dates are supplied by manufacturers, publishers or distributors and are subject to change without notice.
Yume Vault cannot be held responsible for delays caused by manufacturers, distributors, customs processing, international shipping providers or other circumstances outside our control.
Product Availability
Preorders are fulfilled based on supplier allocations and stock availability.
In the unlikely event that we cannot obtain sufficient stock to fulfil all orders, affected customers will be contacted and offered a refund.

Combined Orders
Orders containing both preorder and in-stock items may be held until all items are available for dispatch.
Customers who wish to receive in-stock items immediately should place separate orders.
Cancellations
Preorders may be cancelled before our supplier order has been submitted.
Once our supplier order has been placed, cancellations and refunds may not be possible unless required under applicable consumer protection laws.
Dispatch
Preorders are dispatched as soon as possible after stock arrives at our warehouse and is processed for shipment.
Manufacturer Changes
Manufacturers may make changes to product contents, packaging, artwork, specifications or release schedules without notice.
