What is a preorder?

A preorder allows you to reserve an upcoming album before it is officially released and available in stock.

When will my album be shipped?

Albums are shipped after they arrive at our warehouse from our supplier. This is usually after the official release date, but delays can occasionally occur.

Can release dates change?

Yes. Release dates are determined by the manufacturer and may be changed without notice.

Will I receive preorder benefits?

Only if they are specifically listed on the product page.

Will I receive retailer-exclusive photocards?

Unless explicitly stated, retailer-exclusive photocards are not guaranteed.

Will I receive first press inclusions?

Official promotional images may display first press inclusions. Unless specifically stated on the product page, first press benefits are subject to supplier availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Can I cancel my preorder?

Pre-orders may be cancelled before we place our supplier order. Once our supplier order has been submitted, cancellations and refunds may not be possible.

Can I order multiple versions?

Yes, where multiple versions are available they will be listed separately or as a set.

Can I combine preorders with in-stock items?

Yes. Please note that orders containing both preorder and in-stock items may be held until all items are available for dispatch. We recommend placing separate orders if you require in-stock items immediately.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment we ship within the UK and to the EU. UK shipping is free and EU shipping is calculated at checkout.

Why is my preorder taking longer than expected?

Manufacturing delays, international shipping delays, customs processing, and supplier delays can all affect arrival times.

What happens if an album is cancelled by the manufacturer?

You will receive a full refund if a release is cancelled and cannot be supplied.
