Preordering allows you to reserve upcoming album releases before they arrive in stock. By placing a preorder, you secure your album before general availability and help us accurately plan inventory levels.
How Preorders Work
- Place your preorder before the stated preorder deadline.
- Once preorders close, we place our supplier order.
- Albums are shipped to us after the official release date.
- Your order is packed and dispatched as soon as stock arrives at our warehouse.
Release Dates
Please note that release dates are provided by the manufacturer and may change without notice. Delays can occur due to production schedules, international shipping, customs processing, or supplier issues.
If a release date changes, we will update the product page where possible.
Preorder Benefits
Preorder benefits are only included where specifically stated on the product page.
Unless otherwise advertised, Yume Vault cannot guarantee:
- Retailer-exclusive photocards
- Lucky draw entries
- Fansign entries
- Event-specific benefits
- Region-specific preorder gifts
Combined Orders
If your order contains both preorder and in-stock items, your order may be held until all items are available for dispatch.
We recommend placing separate orders if you require in-stock items immediately.
Cancellations
Preorders may be cancelled before our supplier order is placed. Once stock has been ordered from our supplier, cancellations may not be possible.
